Rental conditions

All the key conditions in one place. The legally binding text is the rental agreement (in Lithuanian).

Booking and payment

  • Book online, by phone +370 603 40279 or by email nuoma@emvetra.lt.
  • Pay at pick-up (card or cash) or by bank transfer before pick-up. Online payment (bank link, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is shown when available.
  • All prices include VAT. The daily rate depends on the total rental length – longer rentals cost less per day.

Deposit

A 150 € deposit (Tesla Model Y: 700 €) is paid at pick-up and refunded when the car is returned undamaged. It is always shown before you confirm.

Drivers and documents

  • Valid driving licence and ID card or passport.
  • At least 2 years of driving experience; minimum age 21.
  • Two named drivers are included at no extra cost.

Insurance and liability

  • Every car has KASKO (comprehensive) and third-party liability insurance.
  • The KASKO excess is 400 € – your maximum liability for damage you cause, and in case of theft (when keys and documents are returned).
  • Insurance does not cover off-road driving, racing, driving lessons, lost keys or documents.

Mileage

  • Cars: unlimited mileage within Lithuania.
  • Minivans: 500 km per day, pooled over the rental; beyond that €0.15/km.

Driving abroad

Only with prior approval: select the countries when booking and we confirm within 1 business day. Driving to a country not listed in the agreement carries a €300 penalty.

Fuel and charging

Full to full. A partly empty tank costs €15 plus the missing fuel. Return the Tesla with the same charge level you received it with.

Returns and late returns

  • A rental day is 24 hours from pick-up; returning more than 3 hours late adds a day.
  • To extend, let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation

Free up to 24 hours before pick-up via your “My rental” link or by email; later, one day’s rate applies. Refunds go back to the original account within 5 business days.

Roadside assistance

Free 24/7 roadside assistance across Europe. If the car breaks down through no fault of yours, we arrange a replacement car or your onward journey.
