A valid driving licence and an ID card or passport. You need at least 2 years of driving experience and must be 21 or older.

Yes. Select the countries when booking – we approve Latvia, Estonia, Poland and other EU countries within 1 business day. Belarus, Russia and Ukraine are not allowed. Countries are written into the agreement; driving to unlisted countries is not permitted.

Your countries are written into the rental agreement and the car carries its registration and insurance documents. 24/7 roadside assistance covers all of Europe.

Yes. You can book online for up to 99 days (Tesla and Tourneo 2025 up to 30); the lowest rate applies from 16 days. For longer, we send a long-term offer within 1 business day.

Yes – Ford Tourneo Custom: 9 seats with automatic (2025) or manual (2023) gearbox, and 8 seats with automatic. All can be driven on a standard B licence.

Yes. Nine seats including the driver is within the B category – no extra licence needed.

Cars have unlimited mileage in Lithuania. Minivans include 500 km per day (pooled over the rental, e.g. 10 days = 5,000 km); beyond that it is €0.15/km.

With 9 people, luggage goes behind the third row – backpacks and a few suitcases. If everyone brings large suitcases, plan for 7–8 passengers or contact us and we will advise.

Each car lists the manufacturer’s boot volume in litres. The luggage matcher on the cars page shows which cars fit your bags.

Yes, a child seat and a booster (15–36 kg) are free. Add them when booking.

Return the car with the same charge level you picked it up with and you owe us nothing for charging. You pay for public charging on the way. The navigation plans charging stops for you.

Tesla Model Y is rented from 3 to 30 days. For longer, see our long-term monthly plans.

The Tesla Model Y deposit is 700 €, refunded when the car is returned undamaged.

A day is 24 hours from pick-up. There is a 3-hour grace period on return; after that an extra day is charged.

The deposit is 150 € (Tesla 700 €), paid at pick-up and refunded when the car comes back undamaged. It is always shown before you pay.

Yes, every car has KASKO (comprehensive) and third-party liability insurance. Your maximum liability for damage you cause is the 400 € excess.

No, cars are rented without a driver. Two named drivers are included at no extra cost.

Yes, anywhere in Lithuania, and we collect it at the end. Choose “Delivery to your address” – we confirm the price within 1 business day.

Choose “Kaunas Airport” when booking and add your flight number – we meet you in the arrivals hall and hand over the car.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up via the “My rental” link in your email. Later, one day’s rate applies.
